The short version.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Marqeting (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on their behalf.

Your account

• You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You'll keep your sign-in link private and let us know if you think it's been compromised.
• You'll provide accurate information when we ask for it (email, billing, workspace ownership).

Acceptable use

Don't use Marqeting to:

• Generate content that impersonates a real person to deceive others.
• Generate misinformation, spam, or content designed to harm.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service at volumes that degrade it.
• Resell generation capacity to third parties as a platform. (Generating for your own clients is fine.)

Content you paste

You retain ownership of your writing samples, drafts, brand profiles, and generated output. You grant us the licenses we need to run the service on your behalf: store your data, process it through our LLM provider, render it in your interface, export it when you ask. We don't claim copyright over what you generate.

Content we generate

Generated text is produced by large language models based on your fingerprint and prompt. We don't guarantee it will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular use — review before publishing. You're responsible for any content you choose to publish.

Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email support@marqeting.io.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the service. Where possible we'll give notice and a chance to remedy. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

Warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it up but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any specific use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Marqeting Lda. is registered. Disputes are resolved there unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We'll update these Terms when we change our practices. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.
