Glossary/Unified social inbox

Unified social inbox

A unified social inbox aggregates DMs, comments, and mentions from every connected platform — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads — into a single queue with one reply workflow.

Without a unified inbox, replying to engagement means logging into each platform separately, finding the relevant thread, replying, and tracking what was answered. The native mobile apps are not designed for high-volume brand response. A unified inbox collapses the workflow: one queue, one filter, one reply field that posts to the right platform via API.

The next level adds AI drafting: each incoming comment gets a suggested reply in the brand voice, scored against the voice fingerprint, ready for one-click send. The human stays in the loop on what gets sent; the speed of getting there shifts by an order of magnitude.

Why it matters

Engagement decays fast. A unified inbox is the operational structure that lets a brand reply within hours instead of days, which compounds into stronger audience relationships over time.
